Product Introduction

The clamp type ultra-thin steel lined PTFE check valve, also known as a one-way valve or check valve, is installed by clamping the flanges on both sides and installing them with long bolts passing through the flanges. The valve body has a shorter installation structure, which is more conducive to later maintenance; The internal lining material of the valve can choose anti-corrosion materials such as PFA and FEP; The valve plate structure is a single disc swing, suitable for high flow conditions, and the corresponding check valve resistance is relatively low.


The single clip to clip ultra-thin steel lined PTFE check valve is an automatic valve designed specifically for highly corrosive media. It adopts a rotary single disc valve plate structure and has the following core features:

  1. Structure Design
    • Adopting a clamp type ultra-thin design, the overall thickness is only 1/4~1/8 of traditional flange check valves, making installation convenient and space saving, especially suitable for working conditions with compact pipeline layouts.
    • The single disc valve plate is connected to the valve body through a pin shaft. When the medium flows forward, the valve plate automatically opens, and when it flows backward, it quickly closes by its own weight and medium pressure. The action is sensitive and the sealing is reliable.
  2. Property
    • The inner cavity of the valve body and the surface of the valve plate are lined with tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/F4), which has excellent corrosion resistance (suitable for strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents and other media) and self-lubricating properties. The friction coefficient is low, which can reduce the wear of the valve plate.
    • The metal substrate is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, combined with fluorine lining technology, balancing strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments with a temperature range of -85 ℃~150 ℃.
  3. Application scenarios
    • Widely used in corrosive medium transportation systems in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum and other fields, such as pipelines for sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.
    • Under low pressure conditions, rapid closure can still be achieved through spring assistance or gravity return, effectively preventing medium backflow and water hammer impact.
