Vertical lifting cast steel lined PTFE flange check valve, also known as one-way valve or check valve; The rise of the valve core through the medium causes the valve core to fall and seal when the medium flows back. Its main function is to prevent the backflow of the pipeline medium, which may cause some equipment failures and damage. The valve body of the product is made of carbon steel WCB casting, with a unidirectional design of the valve core inside. The valve core, like the passage, can be lined with PTFE material, usually FPA, FEP, PTFE, etc., to isolate the erosion of strong corrosive media.


This product is a high-performance fluid control device developed for the transportation system of highly corrosive media. It adopts a vertical lifting structure design combined with innovative fluorine lining technology, and is based on traditional cast steel check valves

Technological breakthroughs have been achieved, which are suitable for controlling the flow direction of media under harsh working conditions in fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and power.


Core Structure Design

The valve body is made of precision cast carbon steel material, with a 2.5mm thick modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) layer lining inside. The seamless composite of the lining layer and the metal substrate is achieved through high-temperature molding technology.

The unique lifting valve disc assembly consists of a guide shaft, a spring-loaded sealing disc, and an enhanced PEEK valve seat, which is driven by the differential pressure of the medium to achieve automatic opening and closing.

A 3mm PTFE sealing ring is installed on the flange end face to effectively isolate the direct contact between the medium and the metal flange, ensuring overall corrosion resistance.

1. Composite pressure bearing structure: The cast steel shell provides a compressive strength of 35MPa, and the inner lining fluoroplastic layer can withstand extreme temperatures from -196 ℃ to+260 ℃, breaking through the pressure limitations of traditional fluorine lined valves;

2. Zero leakage sealing system: The V-shaped spring compensation structure keeps the valve disc and seat in dynamic contact at all times, combined with mirror grade PTFE sealing surface treatment, achieving ANSI Class VI sealing level;

3. Anti turbulence optimization: The 45 ° inclined flow channel design reduces the medium flow resistance coefficient, and the lifting stroke is precisely controlled at 1/4 of the valve chamber height to avoid water hammer effect;

4. Modular maintenance design: The top detachable valve cover structure supports online maintenance, and the sealing components can be replaced without dismantling the pipeline.
