Check valve

The American standard Swing Check Valve complies with ANSI Class 150 pressure rating and ASME B16.34 standard, designed specifically for industrial piping systems to prevent medium backflow. Its core structure consists of a valve body, a valve cover, a valve disc (single or double disc), and a rocker mechanism. The valve disc is suspended in the valve chamber through a hinge shaft. When the medium flows forward, the fluid pressure pushes the valve disc to rotate around the shaft and open; When the medium is reversed, the valve disc automatically closes under gravity or reflux pressure, blocking the reverse flow. The sealing surface of the valve seat is usually sealed with metal hard seal (such as 13Cr stainless steel overlay) or soft seal (PTFE/rubber) to ensure tightness under low pressure difference, and the leakage level meets API 598 or ISO 5208 standards.

This valve adopts flange connection, which complies with ASME B16.5 or B16.47 standards. The flange surface can be selected as RF (protruding surface) or FF (full plane), and is suitable for pipe diameters ranging from DN15 to DN1200 (1/2 "to 48"). The valve body materials include carbon steel (WCB/WCC), stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), alloy steel (WC6/LCB), etc., suitable for temperatures ranging from -29 ℃ to 425 ℃. The design pressure is 150psi (approximately 10.3 bar), suitable for non corrosive and weakly corrosive media such as water, steam, oil and gas, commonly used in petrochemical, power, water supply and drainage systems. Attention should be paid to flow direction identification during installation. Horizontal or vertical pipelines can be used, but reverse installation should be avoided to affect sealing performance. Before leaving the factory, the shell strength test and sealing test must be conducted to ensure safety and reliability in accordance with ASME specifications.
