JIS10K Japanese standard Swing Check Valve is an automatic valve that complies with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and is designed to prevent backflow of pipeline media,阀盖法兰式和阀盖螺纹式2种，JIS10K日标旋启式止回阀碳钢钢SCPH2，不锈钢SCS13，SCS14，SCS16。 停止是由于自动运行，关闭条件自动打开或关闭。 阻隔室仅用于管道内介质的流动，阻止介质流动，否则会发生事故。 

‌一、标准规范‌

1. ‌设计制造标准‌

   • ‌JIS B 2073‌Specify the structure, size, and pressure rating of the valve (10K corresponds to a nominal pressure of PN16 and a pressure resistance of 1.6MPa);
   • ‌JIS B 2011‌Clarify the size standards for flange connections, with flange faces being JIS 10K raised (RF) or flat (FF);
   • ‌试验标准‌According to JIS B 2003, the shell strength test (1.5 times PN) and sealing test (1.1 times PN) were conducted, and the leakage rate met JIS B 2005 Class A (zero visible leakage).

2. ‌适配性‌

   • The flange interface is compatible with JIS 10K standard piping systems and can also be connected to ANSI 150 or DIN PN16 systems by converting flanges.

‌二、材质配置‌

1. ‌阀体与阀盖‌

   • ‌铸铁（FC200/FC250）‌Suitable for non corrosive media such as water and steam, with a temperature resistance of ≤ 200 ℃;
   • ‌铸钢（SCPH2/SCPH21）‌High pressure and high temperature resistance (≤ 425 ℃), used for oil and gas, thermal systems;
   • ‌不锈钢（SUS304/SUS316）‌Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for chemical and seawater environments.

2. ‌内部组件‌

   • ‌阀瓣（阀芯）‌SUS304/316 stainless steel body, surface welded with STL hard alloy or coated with PTFE for enhanced sealing;
   • ‌阀座‌Paired with valve disc material, metal seal (13Cr+STL) or soft seal (NBR/EPDM);
   • ‌摇臂轴‌SUS630 precipitation hardened stainless steel, resistant to wear and corrosion.

3. ‌密封与紧固件‌

   • Gasket: graphite wrapped gasket (high pressure and high temperature) or PTFE flat gasket (corrosive medium);
   • Bolt: JIS B1180 standard hexagonal bolt, made of S45C carbon steel or B8M stainless steel.

‌三、规格参数‌

1. ‌公称通径（DN）‌

   • Scope: DN15 (1/2 ")~DN600 (24"), commonly used DN50~DN300.

2. ‌压力-温度额定值‌

   • ‌JIS 10K压力等级‌Maximum working pressure at room temperature (38 ℃) is 1.6MPa;
   • ‌温度折减‌At 200 ℃, the allowable pressure is 1.3MPa, and at 400 ℃, it drops to 0.7MPa (cast steel valve body).

3. ‌结构特性‌

   • ‌全通径设计‌The flow channel and pipeline are of equal diameter, with a pressure drop of ≤ 0.05 bar, to reduce turbulence;
   • ‌短结构长度‌Compliant with JIS B2002, 10%~15% shorter than ANSI valves, saving installation space;
   • ‌倾斜阀瓣‌Open at an angle of 75 °~85 ° and start at a low flow rate (≥ 0.3m/s) to prevent water hammer.

4. ‌连接与驱动方式‌

   • ‌法兰连接‌JIS 10K RF flange, bolt hole number and diameter comply with JIS B2220;
   • ‌安装方向‌Horizontal or vertical pipelines (with the medium flowing upwards) must not be inverted.
