ANSI Class600 Swing Check Valve is a unidirectional fluid control device designed for high-pressure pipeline systems,碳钢或不锈钢制成。 它的作用是防止管道中的介质倒流。 启闭件靠介质的流动和作用力自行开启或关闭。遵循ASME B16.34及API 594标准,适用于石油、天然气、化工等领域的高温高压工况。其设计融合结构强化与流体动力学优化,在保障密封可靠性的同时降低压损,具体技术特性如下:


1. 高压结构优化设计

  • 阀体与法兰配置
    阀体采用整体铸造或锻造工艺(ASTM A216 WCB/A182 F316),壁厚依据ASME B16.34 Class600标准计算,内部流道经CFD模拟优化,采用渐缩流线型设计,降低流阻系数(Kv值提升约15%)。法兰接口符合ANSI B16.5 Class600规范,密封面可选突面(RF)或环槽面(RTJ),法兰厚度较Class300增加20%~25%(如DN80法兰厚度达45mm),螺栓孔位与孔径匹配高压载荷需求。

    • 常规工况The valve body material is WCB cast steel or A105 forged steel, suitable for non corrosive media such as steam and crude oil;
    • 腐蚀环境Upgrade to CF8M (A351 standard, equivalent to 316 stainless steel) or duplex steel (such as A995 4A/5A), resistant to H ₂ S, CO ₂, and chloride corrosion;
    • 低温应用The material has undergone cryogenic treatment at -196 ℃ to meet the requirements of media such as LNG and liquid nitrogen.
  • 压力-温度容限
    常温(38℃)下最大允许工作压力为15.0MPa(基于ASME B16.34压力-温度额定值),温度升至400℃时,WCB材质阀体允许压力降至9.8MPa。壳体强度试验压力为22.5MPa(1.5倍Class600),密封试验压力16.5MPa(1.1倍Class600)。


3. 功能特性与场景适配

  • 动态响应设计
    阀瓣采用轻量化结构(厚度减薄10%~15%),配合低摩擦轴系,实现快速关闭(全开至全闭时间≤0.3秒),减少水锤风险;可选配外部配重或液压阻尼器,调节关闭速度(0.5~10秒可调),适应脉动流工况。
