JIS 10K Lift Check Valve Silent Check Valve is a vertical opening and closing type check valve designed for medium and low pressure pipeline systems称为弹簧止回阀，There is a spring inside that can reset it. Following Japanese industrial standards JIS B 2073 and JIS B 2202, it achieves unidirectional flow of the medium through vertical lifting of the valve disc, with low flow resistance, fast response, and compact structural characteristics

  • ‌导向组件‌The guide rod is made of SUS440C quenched and hardened stainless steel (HRC ≥ 50), with nickel plating treatment on the surface and a wear resistance life of ≥ 100000 cycles.

• ‌压力-温度参数‌：
  公称压力等级1.0MPa（JIS 10K），常温下最大工作压力1.0MPa，100℃时允许压力降至0.7MPa。壳体强度试验压力1.5MPa，密封试验压力1.1MPa，符合JIS B 2003测试标准。

• ‌低流阻流道‌：
  阀腔采用直通式流道（Full Bore设计），通径与管道内径一致，流阻系数（Kv值）较缩径型阀门提升20%~30%，压损≤0.02MPa（流量10m³/h工况）。阀瓣开启高度为通径的25%~30%，兼顾流通效率与快速关闭需求。
