Lined valve

PFA lined pneumatic plug valves consist of lined plug valves and pneumatic actuators. The valve body material is carbon steel or stainless steel. The internal channels and valve core are lined with PFA material to ensure that the pipeline medium only comes into contact with PFA material, effectively preventing corrosion. Pneumatic actuators can be single acting or double acting, and can also be equipped with locators, limit switches, filter pressure reducers, solenoid valves, etc.

Steel lined PTFE pneumatic plug valve is an industrial valve designed specifically for controlling highly corrosive, high-temperature, and high-purity media. It is widely used in harsh working conditions such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection. ‌结构与材质‌

• ‌衬里工艺‌The inner cavity of the valve body, plug and flow channel surface are fully covered with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining, which utilizes its chemical inertness to resist corrosion from strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong bases and organic solvents. The working temperature range covers -50 ℃ to 180 ℃, and the reinforced lining can be extended to 200 ℃.

• ‌金属基体‌The shell is made of carbon steel or stainless steel casting to ensure compressive strength, and the lining is tightly adhered to the substrate through high-temperature molding to avoid medium penetration.

• ‌旋塞设计‌The conical or cylindrical plug is precisely matched with the lining, and can be quickly opened and closed by rotating 90 °. It has a direct flow channel to reduce pressure loss and is suitable for media containing particles or viscous substances.
