Product Introduction

The combination of pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve and ASCO explosion-proof solenoid valve is a control system solution developed for harsh working environments. The valve consists of a clamp type fluorine lined butterfly valve body, an explosion-proof solenoid valve, and a pneumatic actuator,The valve body adopts a clamp type connection structure, and a flat seal is formed between the precision machined valve plate and the valve seat, which has the characteristics of compact structure and small installation space. The internal contact area is lined with a 3mm or more polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which is formed into a dense protective layer through high-temperature sintering process. It can withstand strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents with pH values ranging from 0-14. The supporting ASCO explosion-proof solenoid valve actuator complies with ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof certification standards. The valve stem adopts a midline structure design, combined with PTFE self-lubricating bearings, effectively reducing the opening and closing torque and extending the service life of the seal. Adopting modular design to achieve precise medium flow control has wide application value in the transportation of highly corrosive media in chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields.


The matching ASCO explosion-proof solenoid valve adopts a fully enclosed cast shell structure with a protection level of IP67. The coil components can work stably in an Exd IIB T4 explosion-proof environment through the sealing process. The actuator has a built-in pilot control module with a response time of less than 50ms, supports pulse signal control, and has good compatibility with DCS/PLC systems.

The working pressure range of this combination system covers 0.1-1.6MPa and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 180 ℃. The sealing grade of the valve body meets the GB/T 13927-2008 standard, and the leakage rate meets the VI level requirement. The pneumatic actuator comes standard with a manual operating device that supports emergency manual control in the event of a power outage. The product has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and key components are managed using traceable coding to ensure consistent performance across batches.

Attention should be paid in the selection and application: the corresponding fluoroplastic lining material should be selected according to the characteristics of the medium. For slurry media with a solid content exceeding 5%, it is recommended to configure wear-resistant valve seats. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the pipeline flange meets the ANSI B16.5 standard. It is recommended to install a filtering and pressure reducing device at the solenoid valve inlet to enhance system stability. During regular maintenance, it is important to focus on checking the integrity of the lining and the wear of the sealing surface. It is recommended to replenish lubricating grease after every 5000 operations.
