不锈钢气动对焊接三片式球阀阀体可以选择1000WOG或2000WOG，阀体和两边焊接端盖，我们甚至还有更高压力的球阀供您选择。材质主要为不锈钢304、不锈钢316L，也可根据您的要求配套。气动执行器可以选择单作用或者双作用，也可以选择过滤调压阀，换向电磁阀，定位器，限位开关进行配套装配。‌

‌一、结构特性‌

1. ‌阀体设计‌：
   • Adopting a three piece split structure (valve body+two welded end caps), modular design facilitates disassembly and maintenance, and welding ports comply with ASME B16.25 standard.
   • The Full Port reduces pressure loss and the flow coefficient (Cv value) reaches the typical level of similar products.
2. ‌驱动方式‌Double acting pneumatic actuators use compressed air to drive the valve stem to rotate 90 °, achieving rapid opening and closing or proportional adjustment of the valve, and maintaining its original position when power is cut off.

‌二、材质规范‌

• ‌主体材质‌：
  • Valve body/valve cover: ASTM A182 F304/F316L stainless steel, corrosion resistance meets NACE MR0175 standard, suitable for pH 2-12 media.
  • Sphere: Surface hardening treatment (such as nickel plating or spraying tungsten carbide), substrate is ASTM A479 316L, hardness ≥ HRC35.
• ‌密封组件‌：
  • Valve seat: PTFE or reinforced PPL (para polystyrene), temperature resistance range -29 ℃~200 ℃.
  • Valve stem: 17-4PH precipitation hardened stainless steel (ASTM A564), with a torsional strength of ≥ 800MPa.
  • Packing: Flexible graphite+316 stainless steel braided layer, with a leakage rating of ISO 15848-1A.

‌三、压力与温度等级‌

• ‌压力标准‌：
  • 1000WOG (water/oil/gas): Maximum working pressure at room temperature is 1000psi (approximately 6.89MPa).
  • 2000WOG: Suitable for high-pressure working conditions, requiring a thickened valve body and reinforced sealing structure.
• ‌温度范围‌-29 ℃~232 ℃ (PTFE sealed); The metal sealed version can be extended to -196 ℃~450 ℃.

‌四、执行器与控制系统‌

• ‌气动执行器‌：
  • Double acting aluminum alloy cylinder body, working pressure of 0.4~0.7MPa, output torque of 40~2000Nm (compliant with ISO 5211 standard).
  • Optional locator (4-20mA signal feedback) or limit switch, supporting connection to DCS/PLC system.
• ‌防护等级‌：IP67（EN 60529）， Suitable for humid and dusty environments.

‌五、执行标准‌

• ‌阀门设计‌API 608 (Fire Protection Design), ASME B16.34 (Pressure Temperature Ratings).
• ‌焊接端口‌ASME B16.25 (Groove Dimensions and Tolerances).
• ‌测试标准‌：
  • Shell test: 1.5 times nominal pressure (GB/T 13927).
  • Sealing test: 1.1 times nominal pressure, leakage rate ≤ 100ppm (API 598).
