气动美标球阀配气动单作用或双作用执行器，也可配定位器、限位开关、限位开关、空气过滤调节器；实现远程220V或  24电压控制，PLC开关反馈，DCS控制，4-20ma比例模拟量调节功能，气动单作用或双作用不锈钢球阀，带有 ISO 5211 上法兰，非常适合气动执行器。 阀体采用不锈钢304、316和碳钢WCB； 气动执行器由铝合金制成，内部带有高强度活塞‌

‌一、结构特性‌

1. ‌阀体与连接方式‌：
   • Adopting an integrated or segmented valve body structure (depending on the diameter), the flange end complies with ASME B16.5 standard, and the sealing surface can be selected from RF (protruding surface), FF (full plane) or RTJ (ring connection), suitable for Class 150~600 pressure levels.
   • Full Port or Reduced Port design, flow coefficient (Cv value) meets API 6D specifications, and pressure loss is lower than the industry standard level.
2. ‌密封系统‌Floating ball structure or fixed ball design (high-pressure working condition), PTFE, PEEK or metal hard seal is used for the contact surface between the valve seat and the ball body, and the medium pressure assists self tightening. The leakage level reaches API 598 standard Class VI (soft seal) or Class IV (metal seal).
3. ‌驱动方式‌The double acting pneumatic actuator drives the valve stem to rotate 90 ° through gear rack or fork transmission, supports switch control or proportional adjustment, and remains in place when power is off. A manual operating mechanism can be optionally selected.

‌二、材质配置‌

• ‌主体材质‌：
  • Valve body/flange: Carbon steel A216 WCB (room temperature), stainless steel CF8M (ASTM A351) or duplex steel A995 4A (resistant to chloride ion corrosion), forgings comply with ASTM A105/A182 standards.
  • Sphere: ASTM A182 F304/F316 stainless steel, surface nickel plated or HVOF sprayed tungsten carbide, hardness ≥ HRC55, wear resistance improved by more than 30%.
• ‌密封与传动组件‌：
  • Valve seat: Reinforced PTFE (with 15% fiberglass filling) or metal seal (Inconel 718 welded Stellite alloy), temperature resistance range -29 ℃~200 ℃ (PTFE) or -196 ℃~450 ℃ (metal seal).
  • Valve stem: 17-4PH precipitation hardened stainless steel (ASTM A564), surface chrome plated, torsional strength ≥ 850MPa, filling material adopts flexible graphite+316L spring energy storage structure to ensure low friction and long service life.

‌三、标准规范‌

• ‌设计与制造‌API 608 (Fire Protection Structures), API 6D (Pipeline Valves), ASME B16.34 (Pressure Temperature Ratings).
• ‌法兰接口‌：ASME B16.5 Class 150~600， The flange thickness and bolt hole spacing comply with the NPS 1/2-24 size series.
• ‌测试与认证‌：
  • Shell test: 1.5 times nominal pressure (Class 150 test pressure of 20 bar, Class 300 test pressure of 50 bar).
  • Sealing test: Helium mass spectrometry leak detection rate ≤ 10 ⁻⁶ mbar · L/s (ISO 15848-1A).
  • Fire certification: API 607 (sealing performance meets the standard after 30 minutes of fire test).
  • Explosion proof certification: The actuator can choose ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof type, suitable for Zone 1/2 hazardous areas.

‌四、气动执行器参数‌

• ‌驱动单元‌Double acting aluminum alloy cylinder body, working pressure of 0.4~0.7MPa, output torque of 50~5000Nm (ISO 5211 F05~F60 interface).
• ‌控制功能‌：
  • Positioner: 4-20mA signal feedback, adjustment accuracy ± 1% F.S., repeatability ≤ 0.5%.
  • Limit switch: mechanical or proximity switch, contact capacity AC 250V/5A.
• ‌环境适应性‌Protection level IP67 (EN 60529), operating temperature -40 ℃~80 ℃, lubricating grease meets NACE MR0175 sulfur resistance requirements.
