Product Introduction

The manual pneumatic dual-purpose flange ball valve is equipped with a manual worm gear transmission device and a pneumatic actuator to jointly drive the switch. It can be matched with a double acting cylinder or a single acting cylinder for automatic reset. The valve body and ball valve can be made of cast steel WCB material, stainless steel 304 or 316L, etc. The ball valve standard can be selected from national standard PN16/PN25, American standard CL150/CL300, Japanese standard JIS10K, etc. The electromagnetic reversing valve, limit switch, etc. can be selectively assembled.  

  1. 双驱动兼容设计

    • Adopting a handle actuator split structure, manual operation and pneumatic drive are independently configured. Fast switching is achieved through a lever type clutch device, and mode conversion can be completed without disassembling components, adapting to sudden gas outages or automation upgrade needs.
    • The pneumatic actuator is equipped with a dual acting cylinder as standard, with an output torque of 80~3000Nm (compatible with DN15~DN300), and can expand the single acting spring reset function (automatically returns to fully open/fully closed in case of malfunction). Manual operation of the wheel disc is equipped with a worm gear reduction mechanism, with opening and closing cycles ≤ 6 and operating force ≤ 50N · m.
  2. 法兰连接与密封系统

    • The valve body flange is designed according to HG/T 20592 standard, and the sealing surface type can be RF/FF/RTJ, suitable for PN16~PN40 pressure levels. The flange hole span tolerance is controlled within ± 0.5mm to ensure precise alignment with the pipeline.
    • Floating spherical structure, soft seal adopts three composite layer design: bottom layer 304 stainless steel elastic skeleton, middle layer graphite barrier layer, surface layer carbon fiber reinforced PTFE (temperature resistance -29 ℃~180 ℃), leakage level reaches GB/T 13927 Class VI (bubble level seal). The hard sealed version of the sphere and valve seat are welded with Stellite 6 alloy, which has a temperature resistance of 450 ℃ and particle erosion resistance in accordance with API 6D specifications.

二、材料与工艺细节

  • 主体材质
    • The valve body can be made of WCB carbon steel (epoxy coated anti-corrosion), CF8 stainless steel (ASTM A351) or duplex steel 2205 (UNS S32205), with a compressive strength of ≥ 1.5 times the nominal pressure, verified by ISO 5208 shell test.
    • The base material of the sphere is ASTM A182 F316L, with surface electrolytic polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m) to reduce the risk of medium adhesion and adapt to clean working conditions in food and medicine.
  • 传动组件
    • The valve stem is made of 17-4PH precipitation hardened stainless steel (HRC35~40), with a hard chrome plating thickness of ≥ 50 μ m and a torsional strength of ≥ 850MPa. The packing box is equipped with triple sealing: flexible graphite ring, PTFE V-ring, and spring pre tensioning structure, with an opening and closing life of ≥ 50000 times.

    • Working temperature: Soft seal -29 ℃~180 ℃, hard seal -196 ℃~450 ℃ (fully covered from deep cold to high temperature).
    • Applicable media: water, steam, oil, weakly corrosive chemical media (pH 2-12), hard sealed version can handle slurries containing trace particles.


  • 安装维护
    • The valve body flow channel is consistent with the pipeline diameter (full diameter design), with a pressure loss of ≤ 0.02 bar. It supports online maintenance and does not require disassembly of the valve body to replace seals.
