Pneumatic inclined discharge ball valve
Pneumatic inclined discharge ball valve is an industrial valve designed specifically for controlling the discharge of powders, particles, or high viscosity media. It adopts a structure combining inclined flow channels and pneumatic drive, and is suitable for frequent opening and closing, rapid cutting off or emptying of working conditions. Its core design optimizes the medium flow path and reduces material residue through the combination of inclined valve chambers and spheres, while achieving remote automation control through pneumatic actuators.The valve body adopts an integrated casting or forging inclined flow channel, with inlet and outlet designed at a tilt angle of 30 ° -45 °, which cooperates with the eccentric structure of the sphere to form a self-cleaning flow channel and reduce the risk of medium accumulation. The internal components include precision machined spheres, elastic valve seats, wear-resistant sealing rings, and anti jamming valve stems, with a compact overall structure. The pneumatic actuator (single acting/double acting) is connected to the valve body through an ISO5211 standard interface and supports 90 ° rapid rotation opening and closing.
Technical advantages

This valve type is widely used in chemical reactor discharge, food processing line feeding, pharmaceutical powder transportation, and environmental dust removal systems. Typical scenarios include:
- Batch discharge control in pneumatic conveying system;
- Rapid emptying of materials at the bottom of the storage tank;
Cut off of media in high dust environments.
operation and maintenance
The pneumatic actuator supports a gas source pressure of 0.4-0.7MPa, and the opening and closing time can be controlled within 1-3 seconds. In emergency situations, it can be operated through a manual override device. During maintenance, the valve seat seal can be directly replaced by disassembling the flange bolts without the need for special tools. Selection should pay attention to the particle size, viscosity, and gas source stability of the medium. For corrosive environments, it is recommended to add valve stem liner protection.
