The clamp type flange complies with the GB/T 9113 standard, and is combined with precision machined 316L stainless steel valve body and DN50-DN1200 specification valve plate to achieve uniform distribution of axial load, suitable for various pressure grade pipeline systems such as ANSI 150LB/DIN PN16.

The valve body, valve plate, and valve stem are all made of ASTM A182 standard stainless steel material, with a surface treated by electrolytic polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m), in compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 food contact material specifications. The double eccentric sealing pair adopts a hardened stainless steel substrate and a multi-layer composite graphite gasket structure, with a temperature resistance range extended to -50 ℃~425 ℃ and a maximum working pressure of PN40. According to the ISO 5208 standard test, the bidirectional sealing leakage rate is ≤ 5 × 10 ^ -6 mL/s · m, meeting the Class VI sealing requirements. The pneumatic actuator is compatible with ISO 5211 installation interface, with torque output covering 120-6000N · m, full stroke action time ≤ 1.2 seconds, and repeat positioning accuracy ± 0.3 °.

The configured modular pneumatic actuator adopts a die cast aluminum alloy shell with a protection level of IP68, and is equipped with a low friction coefficient piston ring and a magnetic coupling position sensor. Support gas source pressure of 0.4-0.7MPa, optional intelligent locator for 4-20mA/Profinet signal control, flow characteristics can be adjusted to linear or equal percentage. The explosion-proof configuration has passed ATEX II 2G Ex d IIC T4 certification and is suitable for Class IIA/IIB explosive gas environments. The actuator is equipped with an emergency manual wheel device as standard, which can achieve valve position locking or manual adjustment in case of gas and power outages.
