Product Introduction

The QT450 pneumatic lug type butterfly valve is an automated valve device designed specifically for industrial pipeline fluid control. The integrated pneumatic actuator adopts a piston or gear rack transmission structure, and the actuator output torque is strictly matched with the rated parameters of the valve, ensuring reliable operation within the range of 0.4-0.7MPa gas source pressure. The supporting pneumatic triple component includes an air filter, a pressure reducing valve, and an oil mist device, which can perform multi-stage processing on compressed air: the filter removes impurities and moisture from the air source, the pressure reducing valve stabilizes the system working pressure, and the oil mist device provides appropriate lubrication for the transmission components, significantly improving the service life of the actuator under continuous operating conditions. The valve body is made of QT450 ductile iron casting, which maintains high mechanical strength while possessing good corrosion resistance and impact toughness. It is suitable for conventional working conditions in industries such as water treatment, chemical engineering, and food processing.


The lug type clamping structure achieves quick connection with the pipeline through symmetrically distributed installation lugs at both ends of the valve body, without the need for additional flange plates, effectively reducing the overall installation space. This connection method, combined with double headed bolt fastening, can form a uniform sealing load distribution, reducing the risk of leakage caused by uneven installation stress. The valve plate adopts a streamlined eccentric design, which gradually contacts the valve seat during the opening and closing process, reducing the wear of the sealing surface and lowering the operating torque.


The sealing pair adopts a composite structure of metal hard seal and elastic element. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with cobalt based alloy or sprayed with tungsten carbide coating, and the surface hardness can reach HRC55 or above. This design maintains the high temperature resistance of the metal seal while compensating for the deformation caused by temperature fluctuations through an elastic compensation structure, ensuring stable sealing performance of the valve in the temperature range of -20 ℃ to 300 ℃. Specially designed guide bearings can precisely control the movement trajectory of the valve plate, avoiding direct impact of medium erosion on the sealing surface.


This valve supports multiple control modes, including two position switch control and 4-20mA signal proportional adjustment, and can achieve precise opening control through a locator. The protection level of the actuator shell reaches IP65 standard, and explosion-proof certified models can be selected to meet the needs of use in hazardous areas. The manual operating mechanism adopts a worm gear structure, which can achieve emergency switching operation in case of gas source failure.


In terms of application scenarios, this device is suitable for cutting off and regulating the flow rate of liquid, gas, and low concentration slurry media, especially for the installation of pipeline systems with limited space. Its modular design facilitates on-site maintenance, and core components such as valve seats and plates support independent replacement. Before leaving the factory, the shell undergoes a 1.5 times rated pressure test and sealing performance inspection to ensure reliability in long-term use.
