Gate valve

The manual knife type flange slurry valve is an industrial valve designed specifically for high concentration and high wear slurry media, widely used in solid-liquid mixed medium transportation systems in industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical, and power. The core structure adopts a knife shaped gate design, with a sharp blade structure at the bottom of the gate, which can effectively cut and seal the slurry medium containing large particles, fibers or high viscosity solid impurities, preventing medium accumulation or blockage. The valve body and pipeline are connected by flanges, with a flat sealing surface and easy installation, ensuring the reliability and airtightness of the system connection. The valve is operated manually, with the valve stem driven by a handwheel or gearbox, which drives the gate to rise and fall vertically, achieving control of fluid flow.

The valve body and key components are usually manufactured using wear-resistant alloys, stainless steel, or rubber lining processes to cope with strong corrosion and high wear conditions. The sealing structure adopts a bidirectional hard seal or soft hard composite seal design, combined with a wedge-shaped compression device, to form a double seal through the tight fit between the gate and the valve seat when closed, effectively preventing leakage. Its compact structure, low flow resistance, and full bore design can reduce medium residue and avoid blockage problems. In addition, the valve has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, impact resistance, and easy maintenance, especially suitable for frequent opening and closing or harsh working conditions, significantly extending its service life and reducing maintenance costs.
